Propeller Analysis and Balancing
With our computerized assisted repair, you never pay extra for a service we feel is a must on every inboard propeller. You can feel confident that when your propeller is returned to you it is not only repaired to "like new" condition as well as repaired to a class I spec.
PropView 3 is a revolutionary propeller inspection system that enables propellers to be manufactured, repaired or modified to very high levels of accuracy. Our techs can utilize this system to repair your propellers to it’s factory performance. With each repair, we offer our customers with a full analysis report of the before and after conditions of their propeller.
We also balance each propeller to ensure the peak performance prior to it’s final scan to ensure it is as precise as possible.
Prop being scanned into PropView for customer’s before and after analysis. This process allows us to identify weak areas, document all damages and ultimately restore each prop to it’s optimal conditions.
Our finished repairs go through a rigorous balancing process to ensure each is properly pitched and will maximize it’s overall performance.
